So far as application on this particular case is concerned, I need hardly mention that there is no objection on the part of the Government to the four months' absence from the Colony sought for by the Chief Justice, Mr Justice Snowden in the Realm, though long leave remains in the Colony.
I ought to mention that there is every reason to suppose that Mr. Snowden will also put forward a claim for four months' vacation leave at some period in the near future.
